Things are coming together this high season with some wonderful additions to our offerings here at GINGERBREAD.
What a feast we had at the GINGERBREAD to ring in the New Year!! The wine and champagne were flowing while ample servings of Turkey roulade, Tenderloin of beef, salmon, leg of lamb and pork were received with salad, rice, fettuccine, and New Zealand green lipped mussels!! The first great event of many to be had in 2008!! Muchas gracias to our staff Eliza, Flory, Carlos & Jessica for making 2007 a fantastic first year and setting 2008 on a path to greatness!!
Beginning September 2007 GINGERBREAD is offering our boutique hotel guests complimentary Continental Breakfasts. Included is a rotating menu of selected fresh fruits, granola with yogurt, homemade muffins, breakfast pastries, and our signature coffee cake. This will be served with our house made fresh fruit jam preserves and real butter; and of course we can't leave out fresh brewed coffee and tea for your morning sipping enjoyment.
For those that missed the spectacular full eclipse of the moon February 20th...enjoy! Diners were up out of the seats in between courses to see the progression from bright white moon to the amber color you see here.
